1. Surface Temperature Sensor - IGBT / MOSFET / Heatsink

NTC Temperature sensor, potted into the various sizes of RING TERMINALS to measure the surface temperature of the system.

  • Zero Power Resistance @ 25 ̊C : 5KΩ, 10KΩ, 20KΩ, 30KΩ, 50KΩ & 100KΩ
  • Resistance Tolerance : ± 0.50%, 1.0%, 1.50%, 2% & 5%

NTC Temperature sensor, dipped into the various epoxies with optimized dimensions of the head to measure the ambient temperature of the room/cabin.
